BUCKINGHAM Town have announced that manager Steve Orchard has left the club by mutual consent following a tough start to the season.
The Robins, who are bottom of UCL Division One with just one win in seven, confirmed that Orchard left the club after Town were heavily beaten 6-0 at home to Harrowby United on Saturday.
A club statement read: “Following a difficult start to the season Steve Orchard has left the club by mutual consent.
“We would like to thank him for his efforts during his short time at the club and wish him well for the future.
“Dan Kingston has been put in place as caretaker manager whilst we actively seek someone new for the role.”
