Take a picnic rug and enjoy an outdoor matinee performance of Little Shop Of Horrors on the lawn behind Prebend House on Saturday, September 7.
The comic musical is being staged by University of Buckingham students, who are in the middle of a run of evening performances at the Creed Street Theatre in Wolverton.
The family matinee is at 1pm at Prebend House, on Hunter Street. This is the first time the grounds of Prebend House have been open to the public since the site was refurbished last year.
If it’s wet, the performance will be in the Radcliffe Centre.
There will be light refreshments and free goody bags for children.
Tickets are £10, concessions £7, children aged five to 14 £3 and under-fives are free.
Tickets from Gyre & Gimble coffee shop, the booth in Tanlaw Mill and on the door.
Evening performances in Wolverton are at 7pm from Thursday to Saturday, September 5 to 7. Tickets from www.creedstreet.com/#/theatre-events/4540161767
A ‘Dinner and Travel’ package is also available for £30 or £35, which includes a three-course meal and a drink at the Nelson Street restaurant in Buckingham and a coach trip to the theatre and back.
