Women and men can enjoy their own pamper nights, while helping raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
The men’s and ladies’ pamper nights at Bicester Rugby club are being held in aid of local charity Greenfields Care and Support.
Set up to helping people suffering from terminal illness and their families to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and pain through complementary therapy, Greenfields runs regular drop-in days in Fringford and Bucknell.
It was set up by Becky Fletcher, co-founder of The Hummingbird cancer support centre in Bicester.
Greenfields operates on a not-for-profit basis and offerd most of its services free of charge, due to the support of the local community.
Amazing raffle and auction prizes are on offer at the pamper events, including a a signed and framed Lewis Hamilton T-shirt.
At least a dozen local therapists are taking part, including Bicestersalons.
Massage, reflexogogy, lava shell massage, hopi ear candling, hand and foot massage, manicures and pedicures, hairdressingand facials will all be on offer, as well as a range of stalls selling health and beauty products and gifts.
The men’s Pamper & Pint night is on Thursday, November 26, and the ladies’ night is on Friday, November 27. Both nights run from 6pm to 10pm. Entry £5, with all proceeds to Greenfields. See www.greenfields-support.co.uk
