Winslow Christians walk to bear witness
People line the high street as socially distanced procession passes
Although Christians Together in Winslow was unable to organise its annual Walk of Witness for Good Friday, due to the coronavirus restrictions, the town's three churches still found a way to mark one of the holiest days in the Christian calendar with a moving ceremony.
People were able to line the High Street as the cross passed by, accompanied by a single representative from each of the three churches - St Laurence Church, Winslow Christian Fellowship and St Alban's Catholic Chapel.
The procession ended with a prayer in the churchyard, led by Winslow's rector, Rev Andrew Lightbown.
Winslow resident Vron Corben said: "Despite being so different, it was a moving occasion."
