Bucks County Council leader Martin Tett has revealed plans for a single unitary authority in the county

Conservative council leader Martin Tett, council said: “Wow, well that a morning. I woke up at six o’clock this morning and put the TV on. I thought – am I awake or am I still dreaming? “He now wields immense power over the senate and the supreme court. You can throw him out in five years but the judges will be there for years and years, and this is monumental in the way that law develops in the USA.”

“We all look to the US for leadership but it’s very difficult to work out his plans. He’s very anti-intervention, he’s saying they shouldn’t be the world’s policeman anymore but if Putin rolls into Ukraine, what would he put his foot down?”
