Santa’s helpers to run for fun in aid of medical dogs charity

Organiser’s of this year’s Bicester Santa fun run are ho-ho-hoping for a great turnout.

Runners dressed as Santa Claus, similar to those pictured, will compete over the three-mile course which starts and finishes at the Pingle Field.

This year’s run, held on December 22, will be in aid of the Medical Detection Dogs Charity. Each Santa will receive a festival medal and a bacon butty as reward for their efforts and a chance to win a special spot prize. There will also be awards for the winning Santa Claus and Mrs Santa.

Entry, which includes a Santa suit, is £8 per adult, £4 per child or £16 for a family (two adults, two children).
