Three people hurt in Watling Street crash

A WOMAN from Paulerspury was ferried to hospital via air ambulance with serious injuries after a crash on the A5 this week.

At around 9.30 am on Tuesday, January 24, the woman was a passenger in a silver Ford Fiesta travelling north along the A5 when it collided with a red Rover which was stationary at the Pury End junction. The 65-year-old male driver of the Fiesta, also from Paulerspury suffered minor injuries and the 38-year-old male Rover driver from Silverstone was also taken to hospital.
