STOWE School’s Roxy Theatre is hosting a production by RedCape theatre company on Wednesday, March 21.
Described by The Guardian newspaper as “thoughtful, unsettling and beautifully conceived”, 1 Beach Road is about trying to turn back the tide.
Drawing from the true coastal erosion stories of residents of Happisburgh in Norfolk and from extensive study into Alzheimer’s, the play looks at the connections between coastal erosion and memory loss and asks: “What is it like to lose everything – your home and your memories?”
Show starts 8pm. Tickets £8 from Nick Bayley at Stowe School on 01280 818146 or firstname.lastname@example.org
