Two face trial over Nash Park murder

Two men are facing trial after being charged with murdering scrap metal worker Adam Fanelli at a traveller site in Nash.

Jemma Price, aged 30, of Bedfordshire, and Addy McAllister, aged 22, of Bolsover, in Derbyshire, have been charged with murder.

Both were remanded in custody and will appear at Luton Crown Court on June 26 for an initial hearing.

Their trial date has been set for September 1.

Dad and scrap metal worker Mr Fanelli, aged 31, was found dead at Nash Park in Winslow Road on March 17 and tests showed he died from head injuries.

A man from Rotherham and a man from Derbyshire have been arrested on suspicion of murder and kidnap. Both have been bailed.

A woman from Gloucestershire and two men from Leeds have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. All have been bailed.
