The University of Buckingham will be carrying out vital research work with Warwick Hospital, part of South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT).
The uni has formed an alliance with the hospital to provide undergraduate training and teaching to its medical students. The two organisations will also collaborate on research.
The uni’s chief operating officer John Clapham said: “This represents a very exciting and crucial step in the evolution of the University of Buckingham Medical School.
“We are honoured to be working with SWFT, whose educational philosophy, values and vast experience will be essential to our ambition of creating great doctors for the future.”
