MURSLEY United continued their strong start to pre-season with two further friendly wins.

United first faced Olney Town Reserves and produced a dominant display to win 3-2.

After playing some good passing football and looking solid at the back, Mursley went 2-0 up with Steve Mooney and Sam Folland finishing off a couple of neat moves.

Olney pulled one back but a delightful chip from Liam Gallagher restored the two-goal lead before Olney grabbed a second near the end.

A much changed United side then travelled to Shillington and won 4-0.

The home side came close on a couple of occasions but Mursley goalkeeper Trowbridge made some good stops.

A goal before half time gave United the lead before a reshuffle at the break saw more balance to the side.

The visitors dominated the midfield in the second half with Parkinson scoring twice and Parius also netting one to seal the win.

This Saturday, Mursley are away at MK Woughton.
