Great Horwood maintained their unbeaten run in the Intermediate Division with a 2-0 win at MK Churches to stay top by one point from City Colts.

Colts saw off Hanslope 2-0 at home, Pacey and Bahjet their scoreres, while fourth-placed Brackley Sports Reserves were 3-1 winners at Celtic MK, scoring three times in the second half after MK led 1-0 at the break.

Third-placed Stoke Hammond Wanderers edged MK Titans Reserves 4-3.

Mid-table Syresham gained a 6-2 home win over basement side AFC Santander, but it wasn’t until the second period they got on top of their opponents who had held them to 2-2 at the interval. Steeple Claydon squandered a 2-0 half time lead as Bow Brickhill fought back to grab a 4-3 win, Fidorri(2) and Harrington were the Claydon scorers.

Wicken Sports hammered Denbigh Hall Sports & Social 8-1, Gentle notching a hat-trick, with French, Taylor, Oakes and Carrol the other scorers.

In the Premier Division, leaders MK Wanderers trounced Deanshanger Athletic 6-0 at home to stay a point clear of Potterspury, whose opponents Buckingham Town Reserves were unable to raise a side.

Brackley Sports were surprise losers 4-3 at hme to a battling Yardley Gobion side, Goddard, Cox and an own goal making up Sports’ tally.

Strugglers Silverstone lost 5-1 at Southcott Village, Peck grabbing a brace for the hosts.

In Division One, Grendon Rangers Reserves lead the table by three points after a gutsy 3-2 success at mid-table Charlton & District, Knight and Bancroft the Charlton hitmen.

Twyford United lost 2-1 at at fourth-placed Stewkley Reserves, where Sheath and Henley netted for the hosts.

Basement side Westbury went down 6-2 at home to Southcott Village Reserves. Westbury led 1-0 at half time but couldn’t contain the visitors after the break. Taylor and Wilson scored for Westbury. Potterspury Reserves won 5-1 at Woughton, while Marsh Gibbon were edged 2-1 at home by third-placed Stoke Hammond Wanderers Reserves, Ashworth the Gibbon scorer. Second-placed Bow Brickhill Reserves beat Syresham Reserves 4-2.

In Division Two, fourth-placed Buckingham University maintained their good run with a 3-2 victory at Hanslope Reserves, Dixon grabbing a brace for the University, with Whitecross also on target Real Padbury went down narrowly at home to league leaders MK Wanderers A. Padbury led 2-1 at the break but Wanderers hit back to take the three points.Wood grabbed a brace for Padbury and Chappell was the other scorer. Great Horwood Reserves were hammered 6-0 by second-placed City Colts Reserves. Silverstone Reserves drew 0-0 with Wolverton Town Reserves, while Steeple Claydon Reserves lost 7-3 at Wing Village.

Yardley Gobion Reserves were beaten 2-1 at home by Wicken Sports Reserves, Cromwell netting for Yardley.

In the Berks and Bucks FA Intermediate Cup, Thornborough Athletic lost 3-1 at Bedgrove United, while Grendon Rangers were hammered 4-0 at home by Newport Pagnell Reserves.
