Could you help make Aylesbury music fanzine?
Well that’s good, because volunteers are urgently needed.
Ben Lynch is setting up the town-championing publication after being inspired by similar offerings when he was living in Liverpool.
And he is looking for writers and designers to get on board, with the sole aim of giving our local music scene a welcome boost.

He said: “I am happy to cover most of the groundwork, but I do need help from anyone who would like to get involved.
“People can help on an ad-hoc basis, although I do need someone who can consistently help to sell advertising, and someone who is capable of designing lay outs to get the pages ready for the printers.
“I’m really committed to this idea, and I think it is just what Aylesbury needs.”

And the as-yet-un-named Aylesbury offering will support musicians from the area as well as local live music.
And Ben is keen that the magazine remembers Aylesbury’s musical heritage too, he added: “My initial thoughts on a name is that it should be something Bowie related. It’s obvious I know but it does seem timely.
“Bowie seems like a good theme from which to sprout ideas from, but I am open to anyone who wants to get in touch with their thoughts.”
